Join the family - post DTS

Here at Holmsted Manor we are focussing more and more on mission. There is a long and rich history of people coming to Holmsted and being challenged to respond to God’s mandate to “go into all the world”.

Since YWAM purchased Holmsted Manor in 1975, many people groups have been reached, ministries have been started and individuals challenged. By coming here, you will begin to walk in the footsteps of men and women who have learned what it means to follow God into different areas of the world and different areas of society. We are looking for people who want to see God’s kingdom extended.

Everything we do, is done with mission in mind - but on a foundation of love.

We are looking for people who are intentional and willing to get involved in every area of community life - even if your experience and expertise might be quite specific.

Youth With A Mission Holmsted Manor is an amazing base to be a part of. We are passionately pursuing God. In God’s goodness we are continuing to grow! Although Holmsted Manor is based in England we focus on the world and our staff represent many different nations from around the world.

In our new season of growth we have many brand new ministries that are being started and existing ones that are growing. We truly need a diverse range of gifts, strengths, talents, and people for us to accomplish all that God has called us to do.

How would you like to serve God in missions?

As part of the ministry and development we work as a team to serve around the Manor in various ways:

  • Facilities: Garden, Grounds, Building and Maintenance
  • Communications: Video Production & Graphic Design
  • Training: DTS Staff
  • Building Community & Welcome: food services & hospitality
  • Administration for the ministry of Holmsted Manor
  • Sharing about Jesus locally through ministry expression via families & young children, creative evangelism, acts of mercy & the arts

In order to make the most of your time with us we ask for a two-year commitment. This gives you plenty of time to “find your feet”, develop ministry vision and character growth. During these two years we will expect you to take the School of Ministry Development (a University of the Nations course), which has a 12 week lecture phase followed by some very practical projects (leading base activities, leading teams, staffing DTS’s).

Please contact us for more information on how you can join our amazing team.

Thank you for interest in joining YWAM Holmsted Manor.
