Men’s Outreach 2016

Over 9 days in 2016 you could go to South Africa and help build a house for a family in desperate need of one.

This short trip will give you the opportunity to see your work impact the lives of those you meet.

The £250 cost (flight & travel insurance not included) includes shuttle bus transfer from the airport in Johannesburg, all board and lodging and a one day safari (depending on the exchange rate, any surplus will go directly to the project we work on).

This trip is being organised by Steve Bishop, Youth With A Mission, Holmsted Manor who says:

“I trained as a brickie and worked on site for several years. I also worked putting up marquees and in other manual jobs. Since working for my church and at YWAM, I’ve missed the unique atmosphere of a building site and the end of the day feeling of being knackered but having something to show for my efforts. This trip is for men only - it’s only five days off work. Tradesmen, DIY enthusiasts, the practical and keen welcome! Why not join me for a week of hard work, banter and an opportunity to have your eyes opened to a world in need?”
