Youth With A Mission’s vision ‘to know God, and make Him known’ remains the same today as in 1975 when Holmsted Manor was purchased. Looking back at what has been achieved and looking forward, Holmsted Manor remains committed to preparing people for involvement in God’s mission to a world in need.
The challenges of keeping a place like Holmsted Manor going are huge (as anyone who has ever lived here can tell you!). As we look forward we remain committed to providing great facilities and great opportunities that give the best grounding for a lifetime of intentional, missional living.
During our 40th anniversary year we ran a fundraising campaign inviting donors to become part of the “Holmsted 4000” which saw over £23,000 donated to help us in our ministry, mobilisation and maintenance. These generous gifts helped us with some practical projects, the purchase of a computer for our communications team and a vehicle. The fundraising campaign is now over, but we will continue to invest in our ministry, mobilisation and maintenance through the gifts we receive.
Would you consider joining with us in the mission of “making God known”?
