We believe that God has created the Isle of Thanet as a place of incredible purpose & potential. Thanet is rich in beauty and resources. Due to its location, it has a rich history & heritage.

Since 2013, teams from Holmsted Manor have invested in this corner of the south-east of England with DTS & SOMD outreaches, working with churches and prayer teams to reach out to the people in their neighbourhoods. In 2018, team leader Lucy made the move to Thanet, working towards having a permanent YWAM team based in the area., 

Aside from coordinating our Holmsted teams when they serve in the area, the ministry is actively involved local church networks of prayer, worship & intercession. YWAM in Thanet are working to reach out with ministry expressions of discipleship & spirituality in the areas of mercy, the arts and government.
