For over four years people from Holmsted Manor have invested in this corner of the south-east of England. Often working with churches and prayer teams reaching out to the people in their neighbourhoods. For just over a year, Lucy Burrows has been living in Thanet, coordinating our Holmsted teams when they serve in the area, and also is actively involved in a number of networks of churches and church leaders who are passionate about seeing God's kingdom of peace come in their region.

SALT is a small YWAM team that has been working in the coastal city of Brighton and Hove for seven years. Our vision is to see the city encounter the life-changing love of God, and to build community focused around living a holistic, kingdom life with Him. 

For us, this means: 

• Celebrating God as Creator 

We believe that God is worth celebrating. As we recognise Him as Creator, we can’t help but respond with our own God-reflected creativity. Whether through prayer, art, veg-growing or music, everything we do can be a response of worship. 

• Encouraging Creation care

We believe that as followers of Christ, we have a God-given mandate to care for the world that He has created. We look to find sustainable ways of living on the Earth, including food cultivation, environmentally and ethically conscious lifestyles and the wellbeing of individuals. 

• Sharing God’s love with others 

We believe that the world around us is longing to experience God’s extravagant love, even if they don’t know it yet. Our heart is to partner with Him and use our creativity to communicate that love in ways that people can understand.
